Creta Properties was founded by Joseph Piccinini and Bill Marvelis after more than a decade of working closely together across business ownership, renovation projects, and real estate investments. Each built a successful independent career prior to forming the company — Joseph through engineering, military leadership, and multi-market property investing, and Bill through decades of hands-on business ownership and property repositioning. Their combined experience creates a disciplined, balanced approach to complex real estate decisions.
